Movies, considered as today's most popular "textbooks", allow us to engage themes that many still consider taboo or restricted. Our class has had the chance to view three critically-acclaimed motion pictures, all of which explore very sensitive themes. How would you describe each of these films? Which characters do you identify with and why? Which characters did you find repulsive or repugnant and why?
